These Terms of Service apply to your use of SKILL//ISSUE, published by Cortisol Club.
Use of the Game
SKILL//ISSUE is provided for personal entertainment purposes. You may use the game in accordance with these Terms and the rules and policies of the platform through which it is distributed.
You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, exploit, reverse engineer, manipulate or misuse the game or its connected services in a way that disrupts normal operation or provides an unfair advantage.
Accounts and Google Services
Some SKILL//ISSUE features may use Google services, including Google Sign-In and Google Play Games Services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to Google's own terms, policies and account requirements.
Leaderboards
SKILL//ISSUE may provide online leaderboard functionality through Google Play Games Services.
Players must not deliberately manipulate scores, exploit bugs, use unauthorised software or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair leaderboard position.
Scores or access may be removed or restricted where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, cheating or manipulation.
Availability and Changes
SKILL//ISSUE is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, gameplay systems, online services and availability may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued at any time.
Cortisol Club does not guarantee that the game or any connected service will always be available or operate without interruption.
Intellectual Property
SKILL//ISSUE, including its original game design, branding, graphics, code, audio and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Cortisol Club unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit SKILL//ISSUE or its original content without permission.
Third-Party Services
SKILL//ISSUE may rely on third-party platform services. Those services are operated independently and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cortisol Club will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, SKILL//ISSUE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when SKILL//ISSUE, its features, or the services it uses change.
